Oversee the entire lifecycle of devices, from procurement to decommissioning Ensure devices are accurately tracked and managed in the SAP system Coordinate the installation and commissioning of devices, ensuring proper setup and integration. Integrate SAP Device Management with SAP FSM to streamline field service operations Daily data monitoring to ascertain smooth functioning of business such as monitoring of meter read upload process to ascertain reads have been uploaded successfully or monitoring of queues to ensure data has been transferred successfully between SAP ISU and SAP FSM. SAP LE - Raritan, NJ New Billing, Exclusive, Potential Skills- SAP LS/ TM JD- SAP LE/TM this is primarily a Logistics Execution role but having the TM knowledge will be good. Experience in Convergent Mediation (CM) by Digital Route.(Mandatory) Must have knowledge of BRIM architecture. Participate in customer discussions on upcoming enhancements. Work with customer for troubleshooting, investigate and solve their day to day issues, perform root cause analysis. Experience in writing functional specification and develop custom enhancements/reports in CM. Must have knowledge of customized environment and interfaces with third party systems. Experienced working with global teams and good documentation skills. Experience in Media, Utility or Telecommunication Industry using Convergent Mediation tool will be a great asset.
