Must have Cloud testing experience Mainframe Web testing Automation testing with selenium PROJECT SUMMARY: MassHealth is seeking a highly motivated Senior Quality Assurance Analyst (Sr.QAA) to join its MA21 Eligibility Team. MassHealth is a state program that combines Medicaid and the Children s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). It provides its members with healthcare access, such as doctor visits, prescription drugs, hospital stays, and many other important medical services. EOHHS (EHS) is developing a strategic plan to streamline and combine its current eligibility and enrollment processes through the One Health initiative. Eligibility and enrollment processes for MAGI members, currently serviced through the Health Insurance Exchange (HIX), and non-MAGI members, currently serviced through the legacy MA21 mainframe system. The system will be modernized on a modular basis to provide a single point of access for individuals and/or families applying for public health insurance benefits. The modernization will provide common data storage and eligibility determination processes and rules for all Medicaid programs. The first step in porting operations and systems to a new infrastructure will be to rehost the Natural/Adabas MA21 mainframe system in the AWS cloud. The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst/ Sr.QAA: will assist in the testing activities for the current eligibility mainframe system, supporting integrated services, and the MA21 AWS Cloud rehosting project in support of the One Health Initiative. will design and develop test cases and execute them using manual and automated methods. will conduct requirements analysis, develop day-over-day test metric reporting, and review test cases and scenarios to ensure software compliance. will also work closely with the Test Manager to oversee the day-to-day test execution, defect tracking, reporting results, and facilitate daily status calls. Qualifications Minimum experience/skills: Fundamental Cloud knowledge, AWS, Azure. Broad knowledge of testing approaches and techniques for certifying software acceptance. Demonstrated ability to work independently and within project teams, providing relevant system analysis services. Highly analytical skills and the ability to independently analyze test results. Confidence in making decisions and recommendations. Experienced in reviewing the work of business analysts and subject matter experts, ensuring welldefined requirements contribute to defined functional use cases. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and within project teams, providing relevant system analysis services. Strong MS Office skills, including MS Project. Experience working with JIRA or similar management tracking tools Demonstrated ability to work independently and within project teams, providing relevant system Strong MS Office skills, including MS Project. Experience working with JIRA or similar management tracking tools. Preferred Skills: AWS Certifications. Proven track record working on IBM Mainframes. Experience working with Selenium. Experience with automation and executing automated test cases. Education and Certifications: Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science, University degree, or equivalent experience. Five years of experience in black-box, white-box, functional, smoke, and regression testing.
