Create and maintain custom applications, modules, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform. Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and performance analytics within ServiceNow. HAM and SAM Management Implement and configure HAM and SAM modules to track and manage hardware and software assets. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HAM and SAM modules. Develop processes and workflows for asset tracking, auditing, and compliance. Collaboration and Support Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications and modules. Train and mentor junior developers and administrators on ServiceNow best practices. Key Deliverables Comprehensive documentation of all implemented solutions, configurations, and customizations. Regular status reports and updates to project stakeholders. Performance metrics and analytics demonstrating the effectiveness of the HAM and SAM modules. Configure and manage HAM/SAM modules for asset tracking, auditing, and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure data accuracy. Document solutions, deliver performance metrics, and mentor junior team members on best practices. Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform. Proven track record in implementing and managing ServiceNow HAM and SAM modules. Experience in IT service management and IT operations. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HAM ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - SAM ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certification Programming Languages Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for integrations. Database Management Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
