The candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and designing scalable RPA solutions using UiPath. This role requires a blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver robust automation solutions. Key Responsibilities RPA Business Analyst Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and gather requirements for automation. Analyze, document, and map existing business workflows and recommend optimized automation strategies. Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis for potential automation opportunities. Create detailed process design documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD). Act as a liaison between business teams and the RPA development team to ensure alignment. Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support for automated processes. Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to validate automation performance and outcomes. RPA UiPath Architect Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement scalable RPA solutions using UiPath. Define the architecture and technical roadmap for RPA implementations. Develop reusable components, frameworks, and libraries to accelerate automation delivery. Ensure solutions are robust, secure, and adhere to best practices. Integrate UiPath automation with other enterprise systems and third-party tools. Conduct performance tuning and ensure high availability of RPA solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the RPA development team. Stay updated with the latest UiPath features and advancements to improve automation capabilities.
