Measure the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for the in-scope products and make informed decisions which will lead to TCO optimization Collaborate with various IT teams to help ensure alignment between business needs and solutions. Drive release and operational support planning and execution Serve as primary contact point for questions on business requirements and related questions.
