The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SAP integration and ABAP development, with demonstrated experience leading small teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and guide a small team of developers in delivering high-quality SAP solutions. Perform analysis, design, coding, data migration, and testing for ERP production and development environments. Design, develop, and implement custom-designed software to support innovative business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, evaluate, select, implement, and maintain ERP system components that meet business needs. Provide end-user training and ongoing support. Develop, implement, and modify applications using multiple ERP modules based on functional specifications and user requirements within deadlines and budget constraints. Design and develop conversion programs to import data from legacy systems and integrate it into new applications using open interfaces and APIs. Conduct unit and system testing to ensure software functionality and reliability. Provide production support using existing ERP solutions and related applications. Must-Have Qualifications: Proven experience in leading small development teams. 6+ years of experience in ABAP Proxy Integration. 6+ years of experience with SAP Event Framework.
