Conduct thorough testing of Manhattan Associates Supply Chain platform or Manhattan Integration Framework integrations, focusing on backend validations. Testing: Design, execute, and document test cases for both manual and automated testing. Perform regression, integration, and system testing to ensure all components function correctly together. Support and Maintenance: Serve as a key member for Tier 2/3 technical support, identifying defects in integration systems and working with developers to resolve them. Manage and troubleshoot issues through ticketing systems related to testing and quality issues. Tools and Technologies: Proficient in using automation testing tools (experience in this area is now a requirement rather than a plus). Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman. Familiarity with Linux commands for testing environments setup or troubleshooting. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with development teams to understand technical details, facilitate defect resolution, and ensure product quality. Work across multiple projects, ensuring quality standards are met across different business units. For WM Active: Testing in Cloud Environments: Experience in testing applications deployed on Azure or Google Cloud Platform, focusing on integration components. Ensure quality in cloud-based supply chain solutions, particularly those involving Oracle Fusion. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of API frameworks for testing purposes. Knowledge of MySQL for data validation in testing scenarios. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven track record in software quality assurance, particularly with ERP and WMS systems. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for ensuring product quality. Good communication skills to work effectively with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
