The person will be responsible for understanding the existing data dashboards that will enhance engagement with users, reducing the time they spend interpreting data and increasing their ability to act on insights. 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and dashboard development Strong expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders Experience in creating and driving adoption of reporting solutions Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and user experience design Track record of successfully managing multiple stakeholder requirements Roles & Responsibilities Design and develop intuitive, user-friendly dashboards and reports as well as mobile-responsive dashboards for on-the-go accesso Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and lead the rationalization and optimization of existing reporting portfolio Develop and track overall adoption.
