They will lead the team and organization to diligently apply Agile/Scrum practices, values, roles and theory. They will drive delivery, manage risks & issues, and dependencies to resolution and own communications for the team. They will be responsible for monitoring the scrum processes and scrum meetings while increasing team efficiency and advocating for changes that will ensure quality and timeliness. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Strong knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution Understand various agile methodologies and frameworks; SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP Effective communication skills, ability to adapt style to suit different audiences Be able to teach simple agile concepts to teams Ability to analyze data and draw insights on team performance. Knowledge of basic technical terminology and processes/systems Practice Lean Agile Leadership Servant leadership, stakeholder management and negotiation skill Good understanding of Software design and delivery Knowledge of Visio, Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align, Miro Familiarity with design and development tasks for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Knowledge of DevOps tools, such as Github Platform, Podman/Docker, Kubernetes, Cloudbees, etc. Experience with Build and Deployment automation to Cloud Platform, preferably Azure. Understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management tools like Ansible, Terraform, etc. Additional Experience: 4+ years of overall delivery leadership experience in Technology with minimum of 2 years of Agile delivery experience.
