Hands-On Development: Take charge of hands-on development within Workday Recruiting, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience. Functional Consulting: Provide expert functional consulting, guiding the team through the job application stage order process and optimizing business processes. Tenant Setup: Navigate tenant setup to display and manage the Job Application Stage Order process effectively. Calculated Fields Experience: Utilize your experience in pulling information and reporting pieces through calculated fields. Custom Objects Creation: Demonstrate your ability to create both effective dated and non-effective dated custom objects, showcasing your comprehensive Workday expertise. Requirements: Proven experience configuring Workday Recruiting, including creating offer letters, managing talent and performance, and conducting year-end reviews. Hands-on development experience within Workday Recruiting. Strong functional consulting skills, with the ability to explain and optimize job application stage order processes. Experience with tenant setup and managing Job Application Stage Order processes. Proficiency in creating and managing calculated fields for reporting purposes. Expertise in creating custom objects, both effective dated and non-effective dated.
