Job Title-Tech Design and dev Salesforce PD2 certificate is mandatory Location-San Francisco, CA Contract Position- Salesforce Technical Design and Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and technical design, with a specific focus on the Salesforce PD2 (Platform Developer II) certification. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in Salesforce architecture, design, and development to contribute to impactful projects. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform. Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient technical solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Conduct thorough technical assessments and provide design recommendations based on Salesforce best practices. Utilize Salesforce PD2 knowledge to ensure that technical designs are aligned with the platforms capabilities and limitations. Build and configure Salesforce applications, ensuring that they meet performance, security, and scalability requirements. Perform system integration with external systems and data sources. Support the deployment process, including code reviews, unit testing, and quality assurance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations. Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve the development process. Provide mentoring and guidance to junior developers on the team. Qualifications and Requirements: Salesforce PD2 Certification (Platform Developer II) is mandatory. Proven experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies). Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices. Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment processes and tools such as Salesforce DX, change sets, and ANT. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I). Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools in Salesforce development.
