This role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing applications, databases, and user interfaces using the latest .NET technologies. The candidate must be able to work onsite for the first six weeks and transition to a hybrid schedule afterward. Key Responsibilities: Application Development: Develop, test, and maintain software applications using .NET Framework 4.8, ASP.NET, C#, and VB.NET. Create and optimize Windows Services to support business operations. Database Management: Design and manage SQL Server databases, including performance tuning and data modeling. Implement stored procedures, triggers, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for business analytics and reporting. Front-End Development: Develop interactive and responsive user interfaces using JavaScript and the AJAX Toolkit. Ensure seamless front-end and back-end integration for a robust user experience. Reporting & Analytics: Create and manage data-driven reports using SSRS to meet business requirements. Develop actionable reporting solutions for data analysis and insights. Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting: Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and security standards. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly to minimize downtime. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and deliver on business requirements. Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals. Required Skills and Experience: Proficiency in .NET Framework 4.8, ASP.NET, C#, and VB.NET. Experience developing and managing Windows Services. Strong skills in SQL Server, including stored procedures, triggers, and performance optimization. Hands-on experience with SSRS for reporting needs.
