MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. Experience: 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or related roles, with a proven track record of successful project outcomes. Skill Required/Desired Years of Experience Workday HCM Configuration and Optimization in an enterprise environment Required 5 Years Requirements gathering for enterprise implementation of Workday HCM Required 5 Years Experience with data migration and integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIBs, or APIs Highly Desired 5 Years Skills: o Strong proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., SWOT analysis, BPMN, etc.) o Advanced data analysis skills with tools like Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). o Experience with process improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies. o Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. o Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. o Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Preferred Qualifications: Workday certifications in Workday HCM. Experience with data migration and integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIBs, or APIs. Experience working in HR or finance teams is an advantage. Certification such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP). Experience with ERP or CRM systems implementation (e.g., SAP, Salesforce). Working Conditions: Full-time position Some travel may be required depending on project demands.
