The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with SAP Data Migration tools, ABAP for custom data transformation, and strong expertise in Salesforce integration for seamless data flow across systems. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the data migration strategy, leading the cutover process, managing defect resolution, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with functional, technical, and business teams. Additionally, experience with data governance, post-migration support, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex migration projects, including defect management and cross-system integration, are required. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Proven experience in data architecture and migration projects involving SAP and Salesforce. Strong expertise in ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, etc.). Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Python). Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader, APIs, and integration patterns. Knowledge of SAP data structures, modules, and processes. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Data Architect, Integration Architect). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies. Familiarity with data visualization tools and reporting frameworks.
