Digital Program Familiarization: Gain insights into other Digital Transformation programs within the organization. Testing Review: Assess and refine existing testing strategies and plans for performance optimization. Champion Performance Thinking: Advocate for performance-first approaches within the replatforming program and across teams. Execution of Transformation Projects Team Support: Collaborate with the SFCC delivery team to drive ongoing performance testing efforts. Environment Management: Configure and maintain performance test environments. Test Documentation: Create and maintain performance test plans, test cases, and detailed results documentation. Refining Operational Processes Standardization: Define and maintain a consistent set of testing standards, tools, and methods across teams and vendors. Upstream Monitoring: Build a business case for implementing upstream monitoring capabilities. System Metrics: Establish a point-of-view on key system performance metrics, targets, and SLAs. Performance Monitoring: Synthesize and actively monitor IT performance metrics across omnichannel systems, driving technical capacity planning and tuning. Actionable Insights: Lead performance action planning discussions and establish methods to track and optimize results across teams. Talent Development Culture Advocacy: Promote a culture of performance-focused development within omnichannel teams. Coaching: Provide mentorship and training to delivery teams on performance testing best practices. Hands-On Support: Deliver practical support for performance testing initiatives and perform code reviews in collaboration with Tech Leads. Required Skills & Experiences Performance Testing Expertise: Proven experience in designing, executing, and managing performance testing strategies, including tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, K6, or similar. Digital Transformation & Replatforming: Hands-on experience with medium to large-scale replat forming or migration projects, preferably in retail or eCommerce domains. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to work with diverse teams (technical, business, vendors) to align performance goals with strategic objectives. Preferred Industry & Project Experience Retail or eCommerce background with prior experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or similar platforms. Expertise in digital transformation initiatives, focusing on omnichannel performance metrics and testing methodologies. Educational Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Relevant certifications in performance testing or Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) are a plus.
