Coordinate with OEMs to replicate customer issues and test possible fixes. Perform hands-on tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and network deployments using new products and feature Develop , define and create best practices for Network infrastructure and SDWAN design Setting up infrastructure. Create knowledge articles.
