This team is responsible for building applications for the business using Oracle APEX. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the existing Product Owner to manage the Finance Portfolio. Prioritize and refine business requests to align with portfolio objectives. Develop clear, concise user stories with actionable acceptance criteria. Facilitate refinement sessions with cross-functional teams. Provide mentorship on agile and SAFe practices to ensure alignment with best practices. Required Skills: At least 3 to 5 years of Relevant Exp. Strong in writing user stories with good acceptance criteria UAT testing experience Experience with writing user stories for the Finance value stream Proficiency in Atlassian Jira (Required) Understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Preferred Soft Skills: Strong communication and facilitation abilities. Ability to build rapport with technical and business stakeholders.
