Title: SAP FICO Lead Location : Hampton, NJ (50% Travel) Duration: Long term Contract type: w2/c2c Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a strong background in Financial Services (FS) and Sales & Distribution (SD) integration. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules and their integration with SAP SD, along with expertise in implementing and optimizing financial and sales processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO modules, focusing on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO). Integrate FICO with SAP SD to ensure seamless order-to-cash processes, including pricing, billing, and revenue recognition. Analyze business requirements in the Financial Services (FS) domain and design scalable solutions. Conduct gap analysis, identify areas of improvement, and recommend best practices for process optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions. Provide hands-on support for SAP FICO and SD modules, resolving system issues and ensuring data accuracy. Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities. Create functional specifications for custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements. Lead user training sessions and provide post-go-live support. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field. 8+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant. Strong expertise in FS (Financial Services) and SD (Sales & Distribution) integration. Hands-on experience with SAP FICO modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing). Proven track record of SAP SD integration: pricing, billing, credit management, and revenue recognition. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with SAP implementation, upgrades, and support projects. Proficiency in creating functional specifications and working with technical teams for custom developments. Familiarity with financial reporting tools and SAP Fiori apps is preferred.
