Position : Salesforce Analyst Location : Peoria, IL -24-month contract with ongoing need and direct hire opportunity, Hybrid 3 days weekly onsite Duration: : 6+ months Visa : USC /GC/EAD Interview mode:: VIDEO Job Description: Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable, flexible, and secure Salesforce solutions, integrating with various systems like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and third-party tools. Prepare solution design documentation and estimates and develop integration strategies for Salesforce with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, or data warehouses. Define data architecture and data flows across systems, and guide developers on Salesforce best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews to ensure performance, security, and maintainability, and define and enforce governance frameworks for Salesforce usage. Improve business processes using Salesforce automation tools like Flows and Apex, ensuring compliance with Salesforce security best practices. Implement authentication and user access control solutions like SSO and OAuth, and oversee custom development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and APIs. Manage Salesforce release cycles, sandbox strategies, and deployment practices, and communicate with Business Partners teams to understand and improve solutions. Conduct technical analysis of new requests, develop prototypes, and perform Salesforce deployment testing, assisting with UAT. Evaluate new Salesforce releases for functionality requirements, optimize system performance, data loads, and scalability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead technical discussions. Years of Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. 4+ years of experience in SFDC Architecture and experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce API integrations, and middleware tools like MuleSoft. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of the SFDC Data Model across various clouds/products. Proficient in multi-cloud architecture and significant data modeling experience. Experience in architecting solutions on Service Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud. Proven track record of successful large enterprise Salesforce project deliveries. Adherence to Salesforce best practices. Effective communication skills to explain conclusions to business partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of agile methodologies and the agile development lifecycle. Salesforce CTA (Certified Technical Architect), Solution Architect, and Application Architect credentials are highly valuable.
