Role : Hybris support Consultant Location : Austin TX - Hybrid - 3 days onsite 2 days remote Required skills : 8 to 10 + years overall experience with expertise in SAP Commerce ( SAP Hybris ) Experience of working on interfaces and data migration between SAP ECC and SAP Commerce Extensive knowledge in Cron jobs, HAC Queries,Impexes. Experience in Back-office Configuration, Sales and Service management process. Knowledge on Splunk logs, Data hub, Solr Integration. Understanding on SAP system performance parameters. Work on the incidents reported by users and provide appropriate resolution. Effective co-ordination skill to ensure timely completion of deliverables while working with multiple support teams. Need to follow up on the deliverables and provide overall status to customer on regular basis. Candidate with Support engagement experience will be preferred Good verbal and written communication skills SAP Systems upgrade and Support Pack Enhancement Activities.
