The ideal candidate will specialize in managing and optimizing AS-Transactions on the services side, ensuring seamless processes and contributing to business goals. This role involves analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the overall Cisco CCW experience. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document business requirements related to AS-Transactions within the Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including services, operations, and IT, to streamline transactional processes. Provide insights and recommendations for improving the efficiency and accuracy of service-side transactions. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with business goals. Monitor and report on key performance metrics for AS-Transactions, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Participate in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities for CCW updates and enhancements. Train end-users and stakeholders on new processes and features within CCW. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience working with Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW), specifically in AS-Transactions. Strong understanding of Ciscos services portfolio and transaction workflows. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar for data analysis and reporting. Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical details to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Ciscos services side processes or related systems. Certification in Business Analysis or Cisco-related credentials. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
