The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing, configuring, and managing IBM MDM solutions to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across the organization. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, in-depth knowledge of data management principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Implementation and Configuration: Design and implement IBM MDM solutions tailored to meet business requirements. Configure data models, workflows, and match/merge rules within IBM MDM. Data Management: Define and enforce data governance policies and standards. Manage and resolve data quality issues, duplicates, and discrepancies. Integrate IBM MDM with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, and data warehouses). Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance the performance of MDM processes and workflows. Conduct regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patching to ensure optimal performance. Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Partner with data analysts, data engineers, and developers for seamless data integration. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for IBM MDM solutions, including issue resolution and debugging. Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
