Develop capability heat maps to identify gaps and recommend enhancements. Process Modeling: Analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize and document workflows using industry-standard modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN). Journey Mapping: Lead customer and employee journey mapping initiatives to ensure seamless experiences across all touchpoints. Identify pain points and opportunities for process improvement. Strategic Architecture Development: Develop and maintain business architecture artifacts that align with the enterprise architecture framework. Work closely with technical architects to ensure business requirements are translated into scalable solutions. Governance and Standards: Ensure architectural standards, best practices, and frameworks (including TOGAF) are consistently applied. Participate in governance boards to review and approve business architecture changes. Years of Experience and Education: Education: Bachelors degree in business, IT, or related field; masters preferred. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in business architecture, process modeling, or related roles. Skills Required: Proven experience with capabilities mapping, process modeling, and journey mapping. Strong understanding of BRM principles and experience acting as a liaison between business and IT. TOGAF certification or demonstrated understanding of TOGAF frameworks and methodologies. Knowledge of the sales and aftermarket processes in large industrial machinery. Proficiency in business modeling tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS, or similar). Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in translating complex technical concepts into business language. Ability to facilitate meetings, drive discussions, and build consensus among stakeholders. Competency in creating and delivering presentations to different audiences, from technical teams to senior leadership. Preferred Skills: Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks.
