Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale technology projects Expertise in software development, coding best practices, and technical design Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders Proficiency in Agile development methodologies, including demonstrating Agile delivery values: Extensive experience in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), from new software implementation to enhancing existing systems Experience with APIs, ESB, SAP PI, and other integration technologies Ability to mentor and develop junior developers and improve code quality and development processes Experience working with offshore teams and cross-functional stakeholders Background in Wholesale/Distribution/CPG, including accounts receivable, complex pricing, and tax laws Proven ability to lead offshore application development programs Thanks and Regards MD AFTAB ALAM US IT Recruiter ConvexTech Inc.
