Ensure that project objectives are clearly defined and communicated to all stakeholders. Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure effective collaboration. Foster a positive team environment and motivate team members to achieve project goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Provide ongoing support to users post-implementation to address any issues or concerns. Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial objectives. Job Requirements 5+ years of experience managing projects in the banking or financial services sector, specifically with Temenos solutions. Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple projects on time and within budget. Extensive experience with Temenos T24 implementation, customization, and support. In-depth knowledge of various T24 modules.
