Position : Remedy Systems Engineer Location : Englewood, CO Duration: : 6+ months Visa : NoH1B/CPT Interview mode:: Video Job Description: Job Description - Evaluate incidents with detailed RCA process that led to specific actions and ongoing improvement. - Maintain detailed records of events and impacted technical areas to find and act on trends. - Support outages and events across the enterprise network - Support internal Remedy application including feature development/enhancement, change requests, work orders, event management, etc. - Design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs. - Assists in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents. - Reviews functional requirements, analysis and design documents and provides feedback. - Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation. - Work in an on-call rotation for one week every seven weeks Required Skills & Experience - 7-10+ years of systems engineering experience with strong automation skills - Linux - Remedy experience developing/automating within Remedy, not just working with it as an end user - SQL - Python - Understanding of networking Thanks and Regards MD AFTAB ALAM US IT Recruiter ConvexTech Inc.
