Job Title- O365 Support Specialist SharePoint and Badge Operations Location- Houston, TX Contract Position- Badge & O365 Support Job Overview: The position will be responsible for the daily printing of Loomis US ID Badges and general support of O365 and the Loomis US Intranet where needed.Key Responsibilities:1/3 of the day will be dedicated to printing ID badges and sending them out to Branch locations.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Microsoft O365 SharePoint.Assist with Loomis US Intranet migration from SharePoint 2016 to O365Provide application issue resolution and technical assistance.Participate in project planning discussion to define software design requirements, architecture, and development. Primary Qualifications:Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in IT and with Microsoft O365.Basic working knowledge of SharePoint, PowerApps, BI and other O365 Tools. Individual Skills & Competencies:Ability to resolve technical issues and identify product/service innovations.Must have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain a professionalism with the team, business, and upper management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
