Technical Skills: A solid understanding of infrastructure components such as networking and Active Directory, which is essential for running queries and troubleshooting. 3. Data Visualization: Familiarity with data visualization tools is preferred. While experience with Splunk is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Candidates with experience in other data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI may also be considered. 4. Dashboard Development: Ability to create and manage dashboards using the components provided by NextThink, along with a general understanding of user interface design for better user experience. 5. Alerts and Diagnostics: Knowledge of configuring alerts based on captured data and understanding how to use webhooks for incident management. 6.
