Experienced in managing financials of the project; They should have a fair understanding of Capex. (Capital Expenditure) and Opex (Operational Expenditure) costs. Strong communicator who is comfortable talking to all levels of the business confidently. Oracle PPM experience. Any experience working with offshore vendors / teams is ideal.
