Ensure that applications are scalable, secure, and meet business requirements. Integration Management: Oversee the integration of acquired entities' systems and applications, ensuring that all systems are aligned and functioning effectively. Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders, including project managers, business analysts, and IT teams, to ensure alignment and achievement of project objectives. Technical Support: Provide technical support for M&A applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed applications, including design specifications, user guides, and technical manuals. Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all applications comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CAPABILITIES The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an Application Developer, preferably in M&A projects within the specialty insurance sector. Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar. Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Knowledge of M&A processes and best practices. Experience in the financial services or insurance industry. Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate).
