Location : San Francisco Bay Area. hybrid Duration: 12mth+ contract Visa: Only USC/GC/EAD Interview: Video Job Description: Note: Support the IT Customer Care Department CC&B upgrade. Job Description: Project Work Location and Work Days/Hours: Position primarily remote, however some onsite work will be required, every month for three (3) days. All work will be done during normal working hours: forty 40 hrs. per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm local time, excluding holidays and furloughs. Responsibilities: Help in designing & developing solutions for CC&B leveraging base functionality Leveraging business process and understanding to develop non-custom solution. Contribute and collaborate with team to implement initiatives for CC&B upgrade. Working as a liaison between business and technical teams to support requirements refinement and solution designs Development and maintenance of requirements traceability matrix to ensure all requirements are tracked end to end Ensure that deliverables are properly documented and kept up to date.
