Job Description

: The Administrative Office of the US Courts (AOUSC) is seeking a Senior Database Architect/Programmer to support and enhance the SAFE Feature Manipulation Engine (FME) application, which automates drawings and data integration for judiciary facility management. This role involves maintaining and upgrading software, automating workflows, and ensuring quality control for data and drawings in alignment with AOUSC and IMB Tririga standards. The selected candidate will work closely with government personnel on system design, implementation, and maintenance while providing technical expertise for SAFE FME software integration and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

:

Serve as the primary technical lead, interfacing with government personnel to ensure project success.

Plan, design, specify, develop, deploy, and implement enterprise systems and applications.

Install, configure, maintain, and integrate Safe Software FME Flow (formerly Server) with other systems, including identity management vendors.

Perform FME Workbench development, including data mining, data integrity checks, quality control reporting, and workflow automation.

Update product platforms, manage development/test environments, troubleshoot issues, and support new code additions.

Ensure all documents and data are housed securely in the IBM-hosted Tririga environment or Judiciary network.

Minimum Qualifications

:

10+ years of experience as an FME developer.

Expertise in FME Workbench development and implementation, including data mining, data integrity, and workflow automation.

Certified FME Professional with technical expertise in SAFE Software FME Flow and FME Form.

Project Details

: This is a 5-year project with potential extensions, supporting the AOUSCs efforts to automate and enhance judiciary facility management processes.
