Minimum Five (5)years of program, project manager experience with an ability to thinktactically as well as strategically while coordinating cross functional teamsin a matrixed environment. Experience in the financial and/or banking industry, with a high degree of business acumen and technicalcompetency and the ability to bridge the two domains together. Ability to provide transparency to Senior Management with respect to Portfolio issues, risks and to recommend/implementstrategies for effective and efficient operations.
