This position requires expertise in SAP DataSphere, ABAP for data transformation, and integration with platforms like Salesforce. The role involves designing and executing data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid position, requiring you to be onsite 4 days a week in Charlotte, NC. The role is also open to candidates who are willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Develop data migration strategy, assess current data, and define goals. Architecture Design: Create scalable data migration architecture, ensuring alignment with business needs. Data Analysis & Transformation: Identify and resolve data issues, implement cleansing and enrichment strategies. Implementation: Manage the ETL process, select tools, and troubleshoot migration issues. Collaboration & Compliance: Work with internal teams, ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations. Post-Migration Support: Validate data post-migration, provide training, and manage ongoing data integrations. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Strong experience in SAP data migration and cloud platforms. Expertise in ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft) and SQL. Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader and integration patterns. Solid problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Data Architect, Integration Architect). Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform). Knowledge of Agile practices and data visualization tools.
