The ideal candidate will combine their technical expertise in Innoveo Skye platform development with the ability to foster a culture of innovation, drive creative problem-solving, and implement forward-thinking solutions. Key Responsibilities: Innoveo Development: Application Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Innoveo Skye platform to meet business requirements. Ensure adherence to best practices in low-code/no-code development. Customization and Integration: Customize Innoveo modules to align with organizational needs. Integrate applications with third-party tools and existing systems seamlessly. Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct unit testing, system testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and maintenance for deployed applications. Innovation Champion Responsibilities: Drive Innovation Culture: Advocate for innovative practices and solutions across teams. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creative thinking and experimentation. Ideation and Strategy Development: Identify emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities to inspire innovation initiatives.
