The person should have the capability to be the onshore tech lead and manage offshore Person should have experience in Support projects and ability to lead a team at offshore Operate as a lead consultant to help define and roll out the optimal approach to creating RPA Capability within and across an organization. This approach will be based on industry best practice and will be tailored to meet the specific needs and dynamics of the organization. The ultimate objective is to achieve Certification that the key aspects of the Robotic Operating Model (methodologies, roles, responsibilities, governance, training program, accredited resources and technical infrastructure) have been implemented in a manner that maximizes the business benefit from the Automation Anywhere powered Digital Workforce. Job Specific Responsibilities: RPA BOT Support - 24*7 Support in collaboration with offshore team BOT Monitoring and Remediation, BUG Fixing/upgrade activities, minor enhancements Manage and Track Process Automations Triage and resolve incidents, problems and service requests. Primary responsibility for major incidents. Provide RCA for all incidents Support Business line Automation job monitoring and management, ad hoc business area requests, VDI management, cert maintenance, and password changes Manage minor enhancements and changes requests under production support team.
