Job Title- Esko Webcenter Analyst Location- Indianapolis, IN Contract Position- As a Esko Webcenter Analyst, responsible for Experience with implementing and supporting the Esko Webcenter artwork solutions (https://www.esko.com/en/why-esko/integrations) Esko Webcenter Master Data, Configuration, and Interfaces As a Esko Webcenter Responsible for requirements, test coordination, testing the solution per the Artwork requirements. Responsible for system validation Analyze and troubleshoot error messages and reporting Work with the Esko Webcenter to provide the required support to implement the solution. Change Control Management System (ServiceNow) Create an Impact analysis document for the release Test any impacted module with the implementation Onboarding of new country Artwork requirements Create Requirements and Test scripts for new functionality User support for navigation and system use Issue Resolution and Escalation Knowledge Base Development Monitoring System Performance Training Materials Development Report metrics Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to troubleshoot software issues and provide timely resolution. Excellent analytical, organizational, team and project management skills Strong documentation skills should have experience of writing requirement specifications, design documents, installation protocols, test summary reports etc. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and maintenance plans Experience working in Pharmaceutical clients Experience of troubleshooting network communication issues Ability to coordinate with cross-cultural teams (TCS/Vendor/Customer), close process gaps, and provide value improvement ideas. Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
