Job Title- PECI/Payroll Integrations(Workday) Location- Dallas, TX Contract Position- PECI/Payroll Integrations Specialist with expertise in Workday integrations to join our team. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining payroll integrations using Workday PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) and related tools. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow, compliance, and accuracy in payroll processes. Key Responsibilities: Integration Development & Maintenance: Design, develop, and manage payroll integrations using Workday PECI. Ensure integration accuracy, scalability, and efficiency across various payroll systems. Payroll Data Management: Manage and transform payroll data to comply with organizational and regulatory standards. Ensure accurate data transmission between Workday and external payroll systems. Configuration & Testing: Configure Workday PECI templates and troubleshoot integration issues. Conduct end-to-end testing of integrations to validate functionality and performance. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with HR, payroll, and IT teams to gather integration requirements and provide technical solutions. Collaborate with external payroll vendors to manage file layouts and specifications. Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with payroll-related regulations and data security standards. Monitor integrations to prevent data breaches or errors in payroll processing. Documentation & Training: Maintain detailed documentation of integration configurations and workflows.
