As a SAMPRO Consultant, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide expertise in optimizing and configuring SAMPRO tools to ensure efficient asset and configuration management processes. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and configure SAMPRO (Service Asset and Configuration Management) solutions based on business requirements. Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and configurations within SAMPRO. Provide end-user training and support, ensuring that the team is proficient in using SAMPRO tools and best practices. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of SAMPRO with other enterprise systems. Perform system configuration, data migration, and process optimization in SAMPRO. Lead workshops and training sessions to transfer knowledge about SAMPRO solutions. Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and offer recommendations for system improvements. Ensure compliance with internal processes, standards, and guidelines related to SAMPRO configuration management.
