Role: Sr. SAP FICO CONSULTANT Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite every alternate week)(ALL EXPENSES WILL BE PAID BY CLIENT) Duration: 36 months contract Experience: 14+ years Qualifications: Minimum Requirements Bachelors Degree in computer science, Business, (or related) or the equivalent in work experience. combination. Must have experience operating in a client facing or similar role(Customer Facing Position). Must have multiple Brownfield Implementation experience. At least 15 years of experience in the Information technology profession passionate about ERP design and management. Experience or knowledge in the integration with the other modules Minimum of 3 full life cycle implementation experience implementing, integrating, and/or maintaining SAP ERP suites in multiple industries Can independently investigate and troubleshoot functional issues with a strong understanding of the technical requirements. Has end-to-end project and support experience: Implementation, maintenance, support, and documentation. Interact with clients to understand the business requirements to determine blueprints, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements. Experience in drafting and presenting documentation to clients. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Effective interpersonal and relationship building skills Good mentorship and coaching ability with desire to develop self and others Strong client delivery focus Adaptable, managing change and ambiguity with ease Focus on quality and risk Sound problem solving ability Good analytical problem solving and fact-finding skills.
