Position : Sr UX Designer Location : ChicagoHybrid3 days on site Duration: : 12+ months month Visa : noh1b/cpt Interview mode:: VIDEO Job Description: Must Haves Key Responsibilities: ERP Project: Write comprehensive requirements for the RFP process. Define and document business requirements and objectives. Conduct process mapping and analysis for current and future states. Develop detailed User Stories for development team refinement sessions. Document and manage acceptance criteria for deliverables. Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams during discovery and prioritization meetings. Facilitate and run refinement sessions for development cycles. Support discovery and completion of the estimation model for project planning. Coordinate and oversee Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes. Facilitate the Change Advisory Board (CAB) change management process to ensure smooth transitions. Data/ADMI: Lead requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement for data-driven initiatives. Support BI&A teams with process optimization and quality enhancement projects. Write and manage requirements for projects with heavy integration needs, including APIs and middleware. Collaborate with technical teams on ETL, SQL, and application development processes (enterprise and mobile applications). Demonstrate a working knowledge of ETL processes, SQL, and an understanding of UX/UI best practices to support user-centric designs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in business analysis for ERP projects or large-scale enterprise initiatives. Strong background in gathering and documenting requirements for data integration and quality improvement projects. Expertise in process mapping, stakeholder management, and change management. Familiarity with ETL pipelines, SQL, and API/middleware integrations. Experience in facilitating QA and UAT processes to ensure quality deliverables. Knowledge of UX/UI principles to collaborate effectively on user-facing applications. Ability to work collaboratively with development and BI teams to drive project success. Preferred Skills: Experience in writing requirements for projects with heavy integrations and APIs. Background in enterprise and mobile application development.
