Hybrid/Onsite Position Title: Project Manager (This position is hybrid onsite in Quincy, MA and the candidateshould be local to MA/NH/RI) Company: Santander Location: 2 Morrissey blvd Dorchester, MA 02125 (2 days a week) Start: Monday Jan 2nd Duration: 6-12 month contract (potential hire for the right person) Important Skills Technical SDLC, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies, MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word Soft Good interpersonal and communication skills Must Have's : Strong experience in Technical project management within the financial industry, excellent communication skills, understanding of waterfall and agile methodologies. 9-12 years of experience. Plus: Experience in project implementations as SME or System Analyst, experience in Digital, CRM and Personalization programs, worked in the Banking industry Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business Administration, management information systems, computer science or equivalent. 9-12 years experience with Technology or financial services industry is strongly preferred. Skills Knowledge of SDLC, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Ability to understand, analyze, and communicate technical designs, project issues, and project status is required. Ability to incorporate technical and business knowledge in the analysis of customer solutions. Experience supporting customer facing, high-volume, mission critical applications strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage project commitments to achieve quality solutions. Proven ability to adhere to software project management best practices.
