Role: Product Owner with Conversation AI, Chatbot Location: Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid) Duration: Long Term Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong product mindset and a background in conversation AI or AI-related projects to lead the development and implementation of chatbot product across multiple digital channels. In this role, Product owner will drive the vision, strategy and execution of enabling chatbot experience on website, voice IVR, SMS, and mobile platforms Required Skills: Agile, AI&ML Concepts Responsibilities: 1) Define Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for chatbot implementation across all digital channels. Align this vision with the broader company goals and customer needs. 2) Channel Enablement: Lead the planning and execution of chatbot product across multiple channels, ensuring seamless user experience and consistent performance across website, voice IVR, SMS and mobile. 3) Customer-centric Focus: Understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors across different digital touch points. Use these insights to continuously improve the chatbots effectiveness and user satisfaction. 4) Backlog Maintenance: Own and Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and business goals. 5) Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, legal, and other teams to drive the chatbot product. 6) Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics, A/B testing, and customer feedback to refine and optimize the chatbot product. Track and report on key performance metrics to assess success and guide decision-making. 7) Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of trends in conversational AI, and chatbot technologies. Leverage this knowledge to continuously evolve the product and implement innovative solutions that improve functionality. 8) Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related queries, providing updates to leadership and stakeholders on progress, milestones, and results. Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role with a focus on digital products Product Mindset: Strong strategic thinking with ability to drive growth, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes. Experience in managing digital products. Strong Analytical Skills Excellent Communication skill Experience working in an Agile environment, managing product backlogs, user stories and sprint planning.
