Interviews will be required to be in-person at the Shipley building at 1970 West Broad Street. The selected Consultants will work closely with the designated I.T. supervisor, IT staff, computer operations and outsourced help desk on managing the help desk, improving the service processes, and have expertise in rolling out ServiceNow to a large diverse group. 1. Create/update catalog items 2. Create/update workflows and scripts 3. Create/update Categories and sub-category 4. Create/update Dashboards 5. Create/update templates 6. Create/update reports 7. Use Update Sets to make certain changes in ServiceNow (testing and instructing OIT to update Production) a. New updates must be tested in Staging before being placed in Production 8. Testing for new instances 9. Create/update profiles 10. Complete misc. tickets assigned to ServiceNow Admins 11. Create tickets to OIT for technical issues 12. Maintain Technical Contacts a. Update lists of those authorized to contact OIT 13. Provided info for audits from ServiceNow when asked 14. Update SN group managers 15. Knowledge base articles 16. Provide amount of licenses needed each year to Business Operations 17. Created Training Guide 18. Contact Supervisors and APs to place Separations or New Hires and remind them of the policy 19. Contact Supervisors that have not approved request 20. Approve requests that cannot be approved by supervisor 21. Email instructions to supervisors having issues approving requests because of Outlook change. 22. Train customers on how to use ServiceNow 23. Assist customers with any questions regarding ServiceNow 24. Assist service desk by cancelling requests that are no longer needed 25. Reassign tickets to the correct groups when asked During the interview process with the ODPS staff, the resource consultant must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment. The resources experience must also be documented for review and verification. Offered resources not showing technical or functional competence/experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offerors proposal. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to pre-screen their candidates to ensure compliance. Resource will have a background check conducted by ODPS. 1. Strong communication/ leadership skills. 2. Strong influence, collaboration and negotiation experience. 3. Ability to collaborate with supporting resources across business and/or functional lines. 4. Have excellent oral and written skills/possess strong meeting and work session facilitation skills. 5. Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines. 6. Have strong understanding of prioritization stemming from the elicitation of system and/or user requirements. 7. Have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills. 8. Must be knowledgeable in the English language/speak clearly and understandably use the English language. Required Skills: 1. 2 years IT experience 2. Proof of Service Now Administration Fundamentals On Demand Certificate 3. Identify improvements to project standards to achieve high quality services/products.
