Position : LEAD Machine Learning Conversational AI Location : REMOTE Duration: : 12+ months month Visa : NO H1B/CPT Interview mode:: VIDEO exp- 12+ years Job Description: Requirements: Must Haves: 12+ years of experience in software development, enterprise architecture, or a similar role. 5+ years if experience with AI development tools 5+ Years of experience in Python or Java 5+ years in AI framework libraries and AI tooling platforms 5+ AWS, Azure or GCP 5+ years of experience with developing and implementing target architectures. Proven track record of designing and implementing conversational AI solutions, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS architectures, and modern technologies such as machine learning and AI. Prior experience with large healthcare, media, and entertainment or technology company. Knowledge of API interfaces required to support conversational dialog Experience with scaled agile (SAFe) methodology Nice to Haves: Experience building multi-channel conversational bots with Watson Assistant (voice and text as primary channels including Watson Assistant with Phone Integration) Knowledge of IBM SaaS services supporting Watson Assistant (speech-to-text, text-to-speech) Experience with Miro, LucidChart, Visio dialogue flow development About the position: The Solution Architect will provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, business stakeholders, and engineers to drive key initiatives, projects, as well as bringing innovative ideas and concepts to life, facilitating a culture of experimentation. Design and architect robust conversational AI solutions that deliver a seamless user experience across channels. Evaluate and select the most suitable technologies and tools to optimize chat solutions with an emphasis on leveraging advanced techniques such as AI, Machine Learning and Cloud Native platforms.
