This role is pivotal in leading delivery while building a sustainable, high-performing development team for ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities: Oversee delivery of ServiceNow development initiatives, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to developers. Identify and address gaps in current development practices, aligning with organizational goals. Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and business stakeholders to define and execute the ServiceNow roadmap. Transition development responsibilities from Cognizant to an internal team by May. Build and scale internal scrum teams to support future platform enhancements. Qualifications: Deep technical expertise in ServiceNow development and configurations. Proven experience leading development teams, including code reviews and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex team dynamics. Experience in ITSM, ITOM, and Knowledge Management preferred. Industry experience (e.g., retail) not required. Location: Remote candidates are okay; preferred is hybrid but will look at remote candidates.
