Position : Data Strategy Architect AL/LLM Location : REMOTE Duration: : 12+ months month Visa : NO H1B/CPT Interview mode:: VIDEO Job Description: Requirements: We are focusing on making our data and content more relevant, accessible, and maintainable across our workforce. We are looking for a data strategy architect (consultant) who will help us provide clarity in this space, including helping us bring relevant content to our AI. As we are building our Data strategy and architecture framework, as a Data strategy Architect, you will be responsible for defining strategy for the data classification, privacy and access control. As we work closely with our business partners (HR, Legal, Field, Finance, Sales, Engineering, Support etc.) there is a need to define content strategy which aligns with overall data strategy. You will analyze commonly used content and data elements, the management of that content, and lead conversations around the definition of the content framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, architect solutions, and ensure the strategy is focused on performance, security, and scalability. This role has two distinct deliverables, contribute to the data strategy initiative and apply those principles in defining the content strategy. The scope of the content strategy effort is also focused on the most common content used across the workforce (wiki, knowledge articles, Google sites, company emails, intranet, etc) as phase 1 and phase 2 will be to look at role specific content. What You Will Do: Contribute to building the Data strategy Identify key imperatives for data strategy and apply those in content strategy. Work with AI strategy team to analyze and define content needs for the LLM roadmap Identify and categorize various sources of information based on various user personas (e.g Employee Information, Job Information etc.) Define types of documents and their categories. Provide recommendations on how we should structure those documents to optimize the following: Employee experience, efficiency and cost (Storage, access, experience), and AI s ability to digest and represent the information Recommend governance for the types of content and provide a cost value analysis for that governance Collaborate with UX/UI designers and communications specialists to ensure users can share and find information expeditiously Map the information (and sources) to various experiences. Recommend access method/layer/approach for multiple tools to access the information Ensure the security of user data and compliance with industry standards. Recommend industry best practices or framework for content architecture. What You Bring With You: Proven experience (10+ years) as Data and Content Architect Experience in defining and executing data strategy Experience and knowledge of AI/LLM oriented content architecture Experience and knowledge of Elastic stack is preferred Experience in Content initiative like company intranet Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues. Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
