Plan, deliver, and implement application and data migration with scalable, high-performance solutions using private and public cloud technologies driving next-generation business outcomes. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Google Cloud Content Delivery Network (CDN) is required. Advanced level of proficiency in AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) is recommended. Docker Container proficiency at an Intermediate level and API Integration proficiency at an Intermediate level are suggested. Design and implement cloud migration strategies for optimal performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful cloud migration Optimize application and data migration processes for efficiency Must have: 1. Kubernetes Job Description Akamai CDN and Cloud SysOps Engineer who has experience with Content Delivery Networks and knowledge of operating cloud based and on prem systems and integrations with cloud services. Candidate will be able to understand and operate Akamai working with application, network and vendor teams to configure, deploy and maintain the environments.
