Communicate effectively with stakeholders.Qualifications: Experience: 5-8 years overall; 4+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Jenkins. Cloud Expertise: 3+ years with any cloud (GCP or AWS preferred) across compute, storage, networking, and security services. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Prometheus, or Grafana. Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy is a plus. General operational knowledge of memory, CPU, OS, storage, and networks. Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
