Configure Synthetic Monitoring to simulate user journeys and proactively detect performance issues. Validate and optimize the configuration to ensure complete coverage of application endpoints. Work with application teams to: Identify and document key processes, services, and dependencies for monitored applications. Map application components within Dynatrace for comprehensive visibility. Ensure accurate tagging and grouping of monitored entities to facilitate troubleshooting and reporting. Assess the current Dynatrace environment and propose optimizations to improve monitoring efficiency and coverage. Provide recommendations for scaling and managing the Dynatrace environment as the organization grows. Develop and deliver training sessions for application support teams, focusing on: Using Dynatrace for root cause analysis. Navigating dashboards and creating reports. Best practices for proactive monitoring. Provide documentation and reference materials for ongoing support.
